Location of the conference will be the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro https://www.ceub.it/location/?lang=en
This complex includes the conference venues, guest rooms, and the canteen.
Food and accommodation in a single room will be covered by the Hau of Finance project for all presenters from May 1 to 4.
The organizing secretariat requires a fee of euro 25,00 to confirm the participation.
On Wednesday May 1st in the afternoon two free shuttles bus from Bologna railway station and airport to Bertinoro will be provided:
- One shuttle at 15.00 from Bologna railway station and at 15.30 from Bologna airport
- One shuttle at 18.45 from Bologna railway station and at 19.30/45 from Bologna airport
Please, if you are interested in using the bus from Bologna airport/ railway station, write in the registration form your arrival date in Bologna airport, so we could manage shuttles in a good time table.
On Saturday May 4th a shuttle bus from Bertinoro to Bologna will be provided:
- One shuttle at 7.00 from Bertinoro to Bologna airport and railway station
- One shuttle at 9.00 from Bertinoro to Bologna airport and railway station
