The 6th edition of the UCCTS conference (Using Corpora in Contrastive and Translation Studies) will be organized by the Department of Interpreting and Translation of the University of Bologna (Italy) at the Bertinoro University Residential Centre. The conference provides an international forum for the exploration of theoretical and practical issues pertaining to the creation and use of corpora in contrastive and translation/interpreting studies.

Conference registration fees (on-site participants)
The Conference fee for on-site attendees is 300 EUR and includes attendance for three full days, transport to/from Bertinoro from/to Forlì, 3 dinners (on 8, 9 and 11 September), 3 lunches (on 9, 10 and 11 September) and 6 coffee breaks.
The conference dinner (extra: 40 EUR) will take place on 10 September.
Accommodation is available on-site and can be booked separately when registering (details below).

Accommodation
Please note that Bertinoro is a small village, with limited accommodation beyond that made available through the Conference channels.
Accommodation at the Conference venue is available in single and double rooms as follows:

The Conference fee for online attendees is 30 EUR. Poster presenters will be able to interact with other conference attendees during the poster sessions. All other sessions will be optimised for on-site participation and will be streamed for online participants, without support for interaction.

Cancellation policy
There will be no penalty for cancellations received before 13 August 2021. The full amount paid, minus a 50€ processing fee, will be refunded.
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 13 August and 25 August 2021.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 25 August 2021.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via mail both to uccts2021@dipintra.it and jbazzoli@ceub.it. A validation of the cancellation will be sent to you via email. If you have not received a confirmation 5 days after your message has been sent, please resend your initial cancellation message.
Please note: We are hopeful that the event will take place as planned. However, should the circumstances change due to Covid-related issues, obliging us to go online, the registration fees for on-site attendance will be refunded, and registration fees for online attendance will apply instead.
