General information
Location: as usual, the SIDRA school will take place in Bertinoro, FC Italy – ceub.it
Period: from Sunday, July 12th to Saturday, July 18th , 2026
Accommodation: this year at Ceub there are ongoing renovation works, so single rooms are not available. Accommodation will be in a double room shared with another participant (it’s possible to indicate the roommate in the NOTE field of the registration/payment form.

Costs:
the fee includes the registration to the School and accommodation in a double room (half-board, i.e. breakfast, lunch and social dinner).
The fee (arrival on July 12 in the late afternoon/evening , departure on July 18 ) is:
– 600,00 Euro (in double room with another participant)
You could indicate your roommate in the NOTE field of the registration form.
Although non-encouraged, it is possible to register for only one of the two modules of the School;
in this case, the registration fee is 350 Euro (double room)
NOTE: each participant is invited to fill this on line form, even if the fee will be covered by a University.
In this case, please choose the bank transfer payment option and write in the NOTE field that the payment will be done from University.
Registration deadlines:
The registration consists of a 2-step procedure:
- Pre – registration
- By June 12th 2026: Fill in the preregistration form at this web site: https://sidra2026.dei.unibo.it/registration/
- School coordinators will examine applications to avoid overbooking.
- By June 15th 2026: You will receive an acceptance/rejection email and instructions for the final registration.
- Registration
- By June 19th 2026: Complete the final registration here below and pay the fee.
Certified Final Exam:
At the end of the School, it will be possible to take a certified exam. If passed successfully, the certification can be used by students to obtain the corresponding ECTS credits from their PhD programs, or to meet other academic requirements of their home universities.
All the participants will be granted with a certificate of attendance to the school.
