REGISTRATION and IMPORTANT DATES:
- early registration with social dinner, until September 17, 2018 (TBC): Euro 180,00
- late registration with social dinner, until October 31, 2018 (TBC): euro 260,00
- late registration without social dinner, until October 31, 2018 (TBC): euro 230,00
- late registration with social dinner for undergraduate and PhD students, until October 31, 2018 (TBC): euro 180,00
The fee includes: Welcome buffet, Coffee breaks, and social dinner (if you choose it).
ACCOMMODATION:
During the registration procedure, it is possible to reserve a room in the “Centro Residenziale Universitario di Bertinoro”, where the workshop takes place. The rooms are located in the Former Seminary. All the rooms are provided with telephone, bathroom, TV and computer connection.
Rates:
– Euro 320,00 bed and breakfast and lunch in single room from November 11 to 16 (5 nights)
– Euro 270,00 bed and breakfast and lunch in double room (with another participant) from November 11 to 16 (5 nights)
