IF YOU ARE A PARTICIPANT TO EUPOC 2026:
You can book your accommodation in bed and breakfast at the course venue (CeUB) or hotel nearby (walking distance) if necessary.
- The cost of single room occupancy at the course venue is € 49,00 per day. – SOLD OUT
- The cost of double room* occupancy to be shared with another participant at the course venue is € 39,00 per day/per person. – SOLD OUT
- The cost of single room occupancy at Hotel La Colonna is € 65,00 per day. – SOLD OUT
- The cost of double room* occupancy to be shared with another participant at Hotel La Colonna is € 55,00 per day/per person. – SOLD OUT
NOTE: Hotel la Colonna is 3 minutes walking distance far from the course venue (CeUB).
*In the field note of your booking please specify your roommate. Otherwise the secretariat office will take care of the combination.
On May 18 at 12.00/12.30 am , we’re planning a shuttle services from Bologna airport and railway station to Bertinoro Residential Centre.
On May 21 at the end of the Conference about at 1.15/30pm we’re planning a shuttle service from Bertinoro Residential Centre to Bologna airport and railway station.
The costs of the shuttle is euro 25,00 each ride.

IF YOU ARE AN INVITED SPEAKER TO EUPOC 2026:
Accommodation costs and shuttle are fully covered by EUPOC.
Anyway we kindly ask to fill in the book on line form in order to reserve room and shuttle for the nights requested.
For the acceptance of the registration by the online system, please select bank transfer as method of payment, even if payment will not be asked for.
In case of double room occupancy please specify in the field note your roommate.
