IF YOU ARE A PARTICIPANT TO EUPOC 2022:
You can book your accommodation in bed and breakfast at the course venue or hotel nearby (walking distance) if necessary.
The cost of single room occupancy is € 45,00 per day.
The cost of double room* occupancy to be shared with another participant is € 35,00 per day/per person.
*In the field note of your booking please specify your roommate. Otherwise the secretariat office will take care of the combination.
In the early afternoon and evening of May 15, we’re planning some shuttle services from Bologna airport and railway station to Bertinoro Residential Centre (NOTE: no shuttle will be available if you arrive late in the night).
On May 19 at the end of the Conference we’re planning some shuttle services from Bertinoro Residential Centre to Bologna airport and railway station.
The cost of each shuttle is : euro 18,00
Will be organized during one of the afternoons an excursion to Cervia. The cost is € 75,00 and includes transportation, boat tour of salt flats in Cervia https://ecomuseocervia.it/en/ecomuseum/the-ecomuseum-of-salt-and-the-sea-of-cervia.html and dinner at the sea

IF YOU ARE AN INVITED SPEAKER TO EUPOC 2022:
Accommodation costs and excursion fee are fully covered by EUPOC.
Anyway we kindly ask to fill in the book on line form in order to reserve room and shuttle for the nights requested.
For the acceptance of the registration by the online system, please select bank transfer as method of payment, even if payment will not be asked for.
