REGISTRATION:
- Meals package: EURO 420,00 – it includes all meals (expect accommodation costs) between 24 Feb – 7th March, as well as the social dinner and course correlated social activities.
ACCOMMODATION in bed and breakfast in the castle of the course venue, reserved to invited speakers:
- Bed and breakfast single room: 62 euro
- Bed and breakfast double room with accompanying person: 53 euro /per person
ACCOMMODATION in bed and breakfast in the Guesthouse of the course venue, reserved to selected participants:
- Bed and breakfast single room Guesthouse: 57 euro
- Bed and breakfast double room Guesthouse, to be shared with another participant: 47 euro /per person
You may indicate a roommate preference in the note field during your reservation process.
During the registration process please make sure to select both your accommodation preference and the meals package (compulsory).
If you plan a shorter stay, before proceeding with the registration we advise you to contact us directly. We will let you know the fee you need to pay for the meals according to your accommodation dates.
LOGISTICAL INFORMATION
On February 24th it is scheduled the departure of two buses from Bologna bus station and airport, one around 5 pm and one later shuttle around 8 pm. Sooner to the course we will contact you asking your travel itinerary information. In the meantime we advise you to book your travel according to the indicated shuttles, when possible. A bus will take you back to Bologna after the end of the course, on March 7th around 9:00 am.
