CRISIS MANAGEMENT
How to be ready. The in-house counsel’s key role!

Associazione Italiana Giuristi d’Impresa (AIGI), the Italian Association of Company Lawyers member of ECLA (European Company Lawyers Association), will host the 5th edition of the Summer School at the medieval village of Bertinoro (Forlì – Cesena) – Italy.
The Summer School will provide participants with the opportunity to focus on the key topics that an in-house counsel should consider in identifying, preventing and managing crisis situations, leveraging on the professional experience of the Speakers that will join the sessions. The aim of the program is to balance legal and academic principles with use cases and to foster interactive discussions, sharing know-how and best practices.

 PARTICIPANTS
The program is addressed to in-house counsels, head of legal departments and general counsels, who are interested in achieving crisis management expertise through law, both at national and international level.
Being the audience composed only by in-house counsels, the participants will have the opportunity to work with colleagues with similar backgrounds, eager to share their experience with other in-house counsels.
The lecture material will be in English, but the lessons will be in Italian unless there will be  foreign participants, so it is strongly recommended to have a good command of English.

WHY ATTEND
