FEES AND REGISTRATION

• The registration fee includes admission to the conference, coffees, lunches and the conference dinner, BUT NOT ACCOMMODATION COSTS
• Registration fees are divided according to countries’ income classification (high-income and low-income countries). To verify which category your country belongs to, please click here. Upper-middle income countries are covered by the high-income countries fee and lower-middle income countries are covered by the low-income countries fee.
• The student status includes bachelor, master and doctoral students at the time of registration.
• If you want to become a ESHMS member, please pay the “Members” fee option as detailed in the table below. If you DON’T want to become a ESHMS member, please choose the “Non members” fee option. If you are already a ESHMS member, please provide proof of your membership to rpartisani@ceub.it and you will receive instructions on how to pay for the conference fee.”

Registration fees are detailed below. All prices are in euros.

Standard fees can be paid until 31^st May 2022. For payments made from 1^st June 2022, the late fee will be applied.

We are hopeful that the event will take place on site, as planned. However, should the circumstances change due to Covid-related issues, the conference will be moved online and participants will be reimbursed 50% of the conference fee. Membership fee will not be refunded.
