REGISTRATION FEES :
EARLY FEE EURO 1200,00 (application before 15 June 2024, for accommodation in double room);
FULL FEE EURO 1500,00 (application after 15 June 2024, for accommodation in double room);
Deadline for payments: July 31, 2024
The amounts cover:
- Tuition and handouts;
- Accommodation in double room to be shared with another student with breakfast in the Former Seminary/or hotels nearby if necessary from Oct. 14 to Oct. 24 morning (10 nights);
- Two daily coffee breaks;
- Lunches in the self-service canteen (same building of the Former Seminary);
- Dinners at Canteen/restaurants in Bertinoro included the dinner on Sunday evening;
- Social dinner;
A limited number of single rooms is subject to room availability and has to be requested.
The difference from a double to a single room will be euro 100,00 for al the period.

The fee does not include participants’ travel expenses.
Invoices will be generally issued to the participant. If you need an invoice addressed to somebody else, you are kindly requested to fill in all the fields of the Billing address information.
Please note that if you pay with your own credit card or your own bank account, the invoice will be issued to you. If you ask your Institution to pay the fee with a bank transfer, Ceub has to issue an invoice to your Institution. Please verify with the administration officer of your institution BEFORE paying the fee.
