EURO 700,00 – SINGLE ROOM STAYING
EURO 650,00 – DOUBLE ROOM STAYING
Deadline for payments: June 30, 2026
The amounts cover:
- admission to all lectures;
- lodging in a single/double room for 5 nights, from Sunday evening to Friday morning
- breakfast, lunch, and two coffee breaks per day (Mon-Fri);
- the social dinner;
- welcome party;
- shuttle from/to Bologna Autostazione.
Invoices will be generally issued to the participant. If you need an invoice addressed to somebody else, you are kindly requested to fill in all the fields of the Billing address information.
Please note that if you pay with your own credit card or your own bank account, the invoice will be issued to you. If your Institution will pay the fee with a bank transfer, as it is the case for instance with INFN, Ceub has to issue an invoice to your Institution. Please verify with the administration officer of your institution BEFORE paying the fee.
