EARLY REGISTRATION FEES
IN ORDER TO ENJOY THE EARLY REGISTRATION FEES, ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 21ST. AFTER THIS DATE ONLY LATE REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE AVAILABLE (FEES TO BE ANNOUNCED).
1. REGULAR ATTENDEES
• REGULAR REGISTRATION (UP TO 5 NIGHTS, ALL INCLUSIVE): € 800,00
It includes full board accommodation in single room at the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (or hotels nearby the Centre) from October 25th to 30th (5 nights).
• REGULAR REGISTRATION SHORT DAY (UP TO 3 NIGHTS, ALL INCLUSIVE): € 700,00
It includes full board accommodation in single room at the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (or hotels nearby the Centre) for 3 nights.
• REGULAR REGISTRATION WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION (INCLUDES EVERYTHING, EXCEPT ACCOMMODATION): € 550,00
2. STUDENTS REGISTRATIONS

• STUDENTS IN SINGLE ROOM (UP TO 5 NIGHTS, ALL INCLUSIVE): € 650,00
It includes full board accommodation in single room at the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (or hotels nearby the Centre) from October 25th to 30th (5 nights).
• STUDENTS IN DOUBLE ROOM (UP TO 5 NIGHTS, ALL INCLUSIVE): € 600,00
It includes full board accommodation in double room* to be shared with another participant at the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (or hotels nearby the Centre) from October 25th to 30th (5 nights).
• STUDENTS IN SINGLE ROOM, SHORT STAY (UP TO 3 NIGHTS, ALL INCLUSIVE): € 550,00
It includes full board accommodation in single room at the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (or hotels nearby the Centre) for 3 nights.
• STUDENTS IN DOUBLE ROOM, SHORT STAY (UP TO 3 NIGHTS, ALL INCLUSIVE): € 500,00
It includes full board accommodation in double room at the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (or hotels nearby the Centre) for 3 nights.
• STUDENTS REGISTRATION WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION (INCLUDES EVERYTHING, EXCEPT ACCOMMODATION): € 450,00
Some useful information concerning your registration on line:
– PERSONAL DATA : in the field “VAT NUMBER/ITALIAN FISCAL CODE NUMBER” if you haven’t it, please leave the empty field;
– “BILLING ADDRESS”: you have to choose your surname/name or your institution. Only one field is admitted;
-if you choose double room staying, please specify in the field note your roommate. Otherwise the organization will take care of the combination
– please specify in the BOOK ON LINE form your date in/out, in particular if you don’t stay for the entire period. Your accommodation cost is included in the registration fee, but we have to know your arrival and departure day.
