EARLY REGISTRATION FEE TILL AUGUST 8TH:
AFTER AUGUST 8TH THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE € 440,00 (SINGLE ROOM) / € 420,00 (DOUBLE ROOM)
– € 400,00
The fee includes accommodation in single room from August 28th to 31th (3 nights), self service lunch, breakfasts, conference fee, welcome dinner on August 28th and transportation from Bologna airport/train station (August 28th ) and back (August 31th)
– 380,00
The fee includes accommodation in double room from August 28th to 31th (3 nights), self service lunch, breakfast, conference fee, welcome dinner on August 28th and transportation from Bologna airport/train station ((August 28th ) and back (August 31th). If you want to share a double room, please specify in the field “note” of your registration from on line your roommate.
If you arrival/departure dates are different from the a.m. (August 28th / August 31st ) please write to: mmichelacci@ceub.it . The extra cost (€ 43,00 single room/ € 33,00 double room) could be pay on site.
A SHUTTLE SERVICE WILL LEAVE ON AUGUST 28TH FROM BOLOGNA AIRPORT/TRAIN STATION AT ABOUT 6.00/6.30 PM (TIMETABLE TO BE DEFINED). IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS SERVICE, PLEASE SPECIFY IN THE FIELD NOTE OF THE REGISTRATION FORM ON LINE YOUR ARRIVAL TIME TO BOLOGNA AIRPORT/TRAIN STATION AND THE DETAILS OF YOUR FLIGHT/TRAIN. THE SHUTTLE SERVICE WILL LEAVE FROM BERTINORO ON AUGUST 31ST IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON.
Some useful information concerning your “book on line”:
– “ID CODE” field: if you haven’t it, please write no code or 0000;
– “BILLING ADDRESS” field: you have to choose your surname/name or your institution. Only one field is admitted;
– “VAT n/Italian fiscal code number” field: if you haven’t it, please write no code or 0000
