REGISTRATION FEES :
EARLY FEE EURO 1000,00 (application before August 4, 2023 for accommodation in double room);
EARLY FEE EURO 1080,00 (application before August 4, 2023 for accommodation in single room);
FULL FEE EURO 1100,00 (application after August 4, 2023 for accommodation in double room);
FULL FEE EURO 1180,00 (application after August 4, 2023 for accommodation in single room)
Deadline for payments: Sept. 28, 2023
The amounts cover:
- Tuition and handouts;
- Accommodation in single/double room to be shared with another student with breakfast in the Former Seminary from Oct. 4 to Oct. 12 morning (8 nights);
- Two daily coffee breaks;
- Lunches in the self-service canteen (same building of the Former Seminary);
- Dinners at Canteen/restaurants in Bertinoro included the dinner on Sunday evening;
- Social dinner;
The fee does not include participants’ travel expenses.
Invoices will be generally issued to the participant. If you need an invoice addressed to somebody else, you are kindly requested to fill in all the fields of the Billing address information.
Please note that if you pay with your own credit card or your own bank account, the invoice will be issued to you. If you ask your Institution to pay the fee with a bank transfer, Ceub has to issue an invoice to your Institution. Please verify with the administration officer of your institution BEFORE paying the fee.
