REGISTRATION FEES BASED ON REGISTRATION DATE:
EARLY FEE EURO 1300,00 (application within May 31st, for accommodation in double room);
REGULAR FEE EURO 1700,00 (application from June 1st, for accommodation in double room);
Deadline for payments: July 31, 2026
The amounts cover:
- Tuition and handouts;
- Accommodation in double room* to be shared with another student with breakfast in the Former Seminary/or hotels nearby if necessary, from October 11 to 22 morning (11 nights); please specify in the field note of the registration form your roommate. Otherwise, the secretary office will arrange the combination;
- Two daily coffee breaks;
- Lunches in the self-service canteen (same building of the Former Seminary);
- Dinners in the Canteen/restaurants in Bertinoro included the dinner on Monday evening;
- Social dinner;
*single rooms are subject to availability. If you are interested in single room staying, please ask rpartisani@ceub.it. The extra cost to pay for the single room staying is euro 10,00/per night.
The fee does not include participants’ travel expenses.
Invoices will be generally issued to the participants. If you need an invoice addressed to somebody else, you are kindly requested to fill in all the fields of the Billing address information.
Please note that if you pay with your own credit card or your own bank account, the invoice will be issued to you. If you ask your Institution to pay the fee with a bank transfer, Ceub has to issue an invoice to your Institution. Please verify with the administration officer of your institution BEFORE paying the fee.
