Workshop format
The workshop will be organized around thematic sessions, over 6 half days, each one being introduced by a plenary talk. The contributions may be of the following types:
• Contributed papers,
• Invited session proposals,
• Invited papers,
• Tutorial papers
Registration
Registration fees (22% VAT included)
• Regular registration: Euro 575,00
• Student registration: Euro 350,00
The regular registration fee covers:
• Welcome cocktail
• Coffee breaks
• Social dinner
• Preprints on USB stick
• Publication of the paper(s) on IFAC-PapersOnLine
(max 2 papers with one full registration)
The student registration fee covers:
• Welcome cocktail
• Coffee breaks
• Preprints on USB stick
• Publication of the paper(s) on IFAC-PapersOnLine
(max 1 paper with one student registration)
Additional banquet tickets can be purchased on site (60 Euro each)
Accommodation
During the registration procedure, it is possible to reserve a room in the “Centro Residenziale Universitario di Bertinoro” (CeUB), where the conference takes place. The rooms are located in the Former Seminary. All the rooms are provided with telephone, bathroom, TV and computer connection.
The workshop will start in the morning of June 13, so you could book the room from the evening of June 12
Rates
– single room: Euro 62,00 (half board accommodation; bed and breakfast, lunch) per person, per day;
– double room: Euro 52,00 (half board accommodation; bed and breakfast, lunch) per person, per day.
Note: if you choose a double room, please specify in the field note your roommate.
Note – CEUB HAS NO 24 HOURS FRONT DESK, THEREFORE ACCOMODATION SHOULD BE PAID IN ADVANCE TOGETHER WITH THE REGISTRATION.
