Organizing secretariat

The University Centre of Bertinoro – Ce.U.B. Fondation offers a dedicated service of organizing secretariat specifically tailored for any kind of event: university workshops, medical conferences, Continuing Medical Education training courses, company meetings, etc. and it assists the client through all phases of the event: from planning to after-meeting evaluation.
Ce.U.B. Fondation’s secretariat manages the event’s budget (sponsors funding, registration fees, reimbursements, …) and organizes all logistical details (travel arrangements, accommodation, working space set-up, technical equipment, catering, etc.). Furthermore, it can be a valid support to the CME providers when collecting and issuing the requested documents.
The experienced secretariat’s staff is also available to plan activities such as wine tastings, sightseeing tours of the surrounding art cities.
